Swedish House Mafia, the iconic electronic music supergroup hailing from Sweden, is comprised of DJs and producers Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello. Initially forming around 2003 with a brief involvement from Eric Prydz, the trio officially coalesced in late 2008. Their early work, such as the 2009 release "Leave The World Behind," laid the groundwork for their signature sound, characterized by uplifting progressive house melodies, anthemic builds, and driving electro house rhythms.
